The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Inquiry/comments, Resume/Cover letter, etc.

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your specific inquiry and/or comments. Your inquiry is considered confidential and we do not share your information with outside parties. However, please note that submission of the email to us does not create an attorney/client relationship. You should not submit confidential information about intellectual property or any other legal matters through our web site. Instead, please contact us at (512) 692-7297. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

We typically do not maintain information collected from our web site. The information is usually deleted from our system unless your inquiry/comment cannot be responded to immediately. For instance information that relates to a job inquiry may be maintained for up to one year depending upon the likelihood that a position will become available. We do not provide access to such information unless we offer you, e.g., a personal interview. However, you are welcome to submit new or corrected information at any time by the same or other appropriate method. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
